The Planning Timeline is your estimated schedule of “things to do” leading up to your wedding date. Everything from when to send save the dates, securing your vendor team, and sending post-wedding thank you notes.
The Wedding Info Form is our quick summary of critical event related and personal details pertaining to your wedding weekend. Please fill this out at your earliest convenience!
The VIP Contact List is our means of communication with your wedding party, family, and VIP guests who will need to know specifics regarding the timeline - photos, event start times, etc.
The Printed Materials folder will hold all visual elements of your printed suite: save the date, invitations, menus, welcome cards, ceremony programs, etc. Any updated proofs will be saved to this folder for your review. Additionally, this folder will contain the finalized guest list with addresses for your approval.
The Portrait List allows your photographer to capture the photographs of your friends, family, and loved ones that you desire. Please list all group pairings and individual shots you would like your photographer to capture on your wedding day.
The Ceremony Details folder contains all supporting documents needed to execute your ceremony, including the Ceremony Planner, ceremony readings, ceremony music, and the ceremony program copy.
Please fill out this list with all the names of people receiving personal florals on the wedding day including bridesmaids, groomsmen, parents, grandparents, flower girls, ring bearers, immediate family members, and special pets!
Please fill out the important musical moments, and the “play” and “do not play” lists so your band knows what tunes to showcase and which to avoid on the dance floor.
